Vacuum Material Preparation Unit (DOS A 300):An optimal, material-conformal resin preparation and feeding unit A300 is the basic pre-condition for the high quality of casting with the Scheugenpflug ECOLINE. The material preparation is done under vacuum, whereas the feeding through double piston pumps is also out of vacuum. The circulation mode of A300 ensures the uniform material quality and consistency over weeks and months, even during production pauses. The flexible and movable machine can be used anywhere and can be configured with options like agitators, filling level sensor, tank heaters, pump heaters and heated material feeding tubes.The effective Vacuum:
- Filling up of tanks through automatic filling valves with material aspiration pipes from all usual original barrels, even during operation.
- Rotary vane vacuum pump until 0.5 mbar / absolute.
- Vacuum level freely programmable and independently for resin and hardener tanks.
The simple machine operation:
- Machine operation through functional keys / panel.
- Aspiration of components from the delivery barrel, including 200 liter barrels.
- Filling level control with analog sensor.
- Observation glass with illumination for optical control.
Degassing:Degassing of materials, no moisture problem with humidity sensitive components, no inclusion of air or nitrogen bubble free material, perfect quality of both components.Homogenization:Circulation of components for uniform distribution of fillers in the material components whether during pause, standby or breaks over weeks and months, always constant quality.Temperature moderation:Freely programmable, electrical heaters for all sections of the casting machine, modularly assembled (option), faster flow speed, efficient cycle time and processing quality.
