Casting Under Vacuum:
The Ecoline vacuum casting machine is the economical and rational solution for the single and series production of work pieces. It can be applied flexibly to seal and cast under vacuum until I mbar absolute.
High casting quality with extreme high voltage and insulation firmness are requirements from the electrical and electronic manufacturing, which can be fully fulfilled by the Scheugenpflug Ecoline - vacuum casting machine. The casting materials are always kept under vacuum, from material preparation to dispensing. Air bubbles as well as any uncontrolled humidity and gas absorbance from environment to the resin components are excluded. The quality of the casting remains always optimal and constant.

- Automatic vacuum regulation.
- Vacuum value until I mbar absolute freely programmable.
- Transparent manual from loading door with safety protection.
- Mixing nozzle valve.
- Lifting device for metering head.
- Rotary vane vacuum pump 40 m3/h.
- Dimension L x W x H (mm) 800 x 450 x 430.
Optional Configuration:
- 1, 2 or 3 axis carriage system with robust stepper motors and ball screw spindles.
- Movement range xyz (mm) approx. 380 x 170 x 100.
