Ecoline Casting Machine:
With the 3-axis gantry system, the ECOLINE can be turned to an automatic program controlled casting machine under atmposphere for unfilled, filled and abrasive 1-or-2 component materials. The gantry system is driven by robust stepper motors through a precise ball screw spindle and maintenance free toothed belts guaranteeing high position accuracy. Both point and line casting within a XYZ - movement range of 600 x 600 x 200 mm are possible. The casting can be optimized through the movement of the metering head during dispensing.

- CAN-open-field-bus extension modules with analog I/Os.
- Pre-assembled cable harness for the installation of accessories as updates (agitator, filling level sensor, vacuum system, heaters)-plug and play.
