Multi-Fold Metering Head
The dispensing
material can be used in multiple metering heads as well. Number and
distance of the metering heads and of their rows are designed exactly
according to the needs of every customer. The multiple heads are pushed
out exactly synchronously by just one pushing segment. That means,
multiple dispensing has just the same accuracy as single dispensing. If
parts are filled side by side ore one after the other, the amount of
resin is always exactly the same.
In multiple
metering heads, resin and hardener are metered seperately for every
casting point and only mixed in the static mixing nozzle. Because in
multiple metering the conditions are exactly alike single metering, the
high quality is just the same in both cases.
These metering head consist of multiple single metering units, which can be arranged in a block as often as needed.

non-abrasive to highly abrasive, non-filled to highly filled, liquid to highly viscous single and two-component materials.
